The person behind Lumora.

Hi, I'm Walter — though some people also know me as Volkan. I came into disability support because I wanted to do work that truly matters and makes a real difference in someone's daily life. Not just a job. Work with meaning.

Life has taught me that every person deserves dignity, respect, patience, and the chance to live with independence and confidence. Those experiences shaped the way I support others today.

I believe good support is not just about completing tasks. It's about building trust, understanding the person, and being someone they can feel safe and comfortable with. That's what I show up to do — every single time.

I bring a calm, reliable, and genuine approach to my work. I take pride in helping people grow, enjoy life, and feel valued for exactly who they are.
